WHAT ARE THE CUSTOMS SERVICES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES?
Any country has a tax service. It controls the entrance and exit of goods and, if necessary, collect customs duties and tariffs depending on product type and value. Certain types of goods are exempt from tax duties on the basis of commercial terms between countries. Each country sets its customs rules.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES IN THE RECEIVING COUNTRY?
When IPOST.AM sends a product, you, being a receiver, are considered to be an importer and are responsible for the payment of customs duties in your country (if any).

WHICH ARE MY GUARANTEES?
When IPOST.AM sends you your purchase, we will send you all the rights of the consumer as for both the shop assistant and the manufacturer of the product. Moreover, if problematic situations arise which require intervention to return or replace a product, or to the removal of missing parts, we act on your behalf as your agent until the solution of the problem fully satisfies you.
We do not charge money for the time we spend on solving problems, but as consumers you are responsible for additional transportation expenses, if such a need arises not by the fault of IPOST.AM.
